#COP30 is coming to the #Amazon. But who gets to speak? 🌎

For the first time, the #UNClimateConference will be held in Belém, Brazil — deep in the world’s largest rainforest. It’s a symbolic choice, but also a logistical challenge. 🌳

Activists, Indigenous Peoples and local communities are mobilizing to make sure the #civilsociety voices are heard. From the People's Summit to the Yellow Zone, civil society is reclaiming space inside and outside the negotiation halls. 🗣🤝

But with overpriced hotels, deforestation near the venue, and limited infrastructure, many fear exclusion. Will COP30 be a turning point for #climatejustice — or another missed opportunity?
