On a recent field trip to Tamale, Ghana, we met Mohammed Kamel Damma from the GLFx Tamale chapter, who shared how local communities are conserving forests while improving livelihoods.

Smallholder women, especially vulnerable to climate change impacts, are reaping the benefits of sustainable beekeeping. 🐝 The honey they harvest from the forest provides economic, social, and environmental benefits, while supporting local communities in conserving sacred forest sites.
