Hugh Biggar has worked as a reporter for print and online publications, as a consultant for international agencies including the United Nations Development Program and the U.S. Peace Corps, and as an advisor for the Roshan Learning Center for refugees in Jakarta, Indonesia. He earned an MA in public affairs journalism from Stanford University with additional coursework at Stanford’s school for International Policy Studies.
